My daughter recently purchased a car from Jon’s Oneida Service Center. Unfortunately a serious issue was discovered after the purchase. Jon went out of his way to take care of the issue and provided her with a loaner vehicle while hers was being worked on. The car is now running great and my daughter is very pleased with the vehicle. I would highly recommend Jon’s Oneida Service Center!

Jon, Jeff and team were absolutely wonderful to work with! They got my Jeep in quickly, found the issue and repaired it within 24 hours. I loved the vehicle report I received as well, very helpful! Thank you!

The one lady Mandy or Mindy was her name she was excellent, helpful and friendly. The lobby was clean and offered free soft drinks. Unfortunately the guy working on my electrical killed my brand new battery dragged his feet and was sitting in my car texting when I went over to check. They definitely pad the labor time and it's so expensive they charge like they're a big dealership I can't afford those kind of prices if I could I'd have taken my car to the dealership. Nothing got fixed and I still got a $700 bill. This place will totally overcharge you. But the front desk will smile while they take your money. Front desk service excellent. But they pad the bill, overcharge and don't even offer used part alternatives.

I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else! They get you right in, treat you great and are very prompt! I’ve had several things done there including new tires and fluid replacements! Thank Oneida Service!!
